How the practice works

The method behind Transurfing: Daily Practice — the daily loop of teaching, practice and reflection, the four stages, the SOS protocols, the library and Tufti's advanced technique. What it is, what it is not, and what it asks of you: three to five minutes a day.

The daily loop

Every day of the practice is one frame: a short teaching drawn from Vadim Zeland’s books, a concrete exercise, and a question to leave the day with. The loop is always the same, and it is designed to fit inside a busy day — not instead of one.

One frame a day

Teaching — the day’s concept, condensed from the books to a few calm paragraphs. Enough to understand it, not enough to drown in it.

Practice — one exercise to do now, with your own situation as the material. Transurfing is applied, not memorized.

Reflection — a question to sit with. Answer it in your head, out loud, or in a notebook — nobody reads it, and that is the point.

Done — the frame lights up and stays lit in your journey. Tomorrow has its own frame, waiting for you to light it.

There is no deadline and nothing counts against you if you pause. The practice asks for three to five minutes on the days you do it — and it is built for the days when you only have three.

The four stages

The sixty frames are grouped into four stages. The order matters: each stage hands you one skill that the next one builds on, so the whole practice stays under your feet.

  1. Foundations14 days
  2. Pendulums & balance14 days
  3. Intention & slides16 daysPremium
  4. Tufti techniques16 daysPremium

The first two stages are free, forever. The last two — working with outer intention and Tufti’s technique — are the advanced practice, unlocked by a single payment. Every frame in them still takes its three minutes; unlocking changes the depth, not the rhythm.

SOS — for the days that aren’t normal

The daily loop assumes an ordinary day. Some days are not ordinary: a message that drops your stomach, a confrontation, a spiral of guilt at two in the morning. That is what the SOS protocols are for — ten short, concrete sequences for the first minutes after something happens, when your own thinking is the least reliable thing you have.

The library

The books carry a vocabulary — the space of variations, pendulums, excess importance, outer intention, slides — and the practice never assumes you kept it all. The library distills the essential terms: what each one means, how to apply it today, the pitfall to avoid, and where the idea appears in the journey. Each card is also linked to the frames that use it, so a concept you meet in practice can always be looked up.

The library · 40 concepts

Forty cards, each one short enough to read during a coffee: the meaning, the application, the mistake, and the books behind it — Reality Transurfing I–V, Master of Reality, and Tufti the Priestess.

Tufti — the advanced practice

The first three books hand you a map of reality and a way to steer your attention inside it. The fourth — Tufti the Priestess — goes further: it treats the inner screen as its own projector and describes how to compose the next frame of your life instead of merely reacting to the one that lit up.

The advanced practice · Tufti

Stage four trains Tufti’s technique in daily increments: the two screens, the presence center held between them, the intention plait — the felt lever behind your shoulders — and the short daily practice of composing the next frame wide awake.

What it is not

Half of understanding a practice is knowing its edges. Four things this is not:

  • Not a course. No videos, no live calls, no deadlines, no homework that anyone checks. There is no cohort to fall behind.
  • Not an e-reader. It is a condensation — the essential model, the exercises, the vocabulary. When a passage deserves the original, the concept card says which book it lives in.
  • Not generic meditation. It is built on Transurfing’s specific model of reality. If you are looking for general mindfulness, you will find better tools elsewhere — and honestly so.
  • Not official. This is an unofficial companion: an original synthesis, not affiliated with Vadim Zeland or his publishers, and not a substitute for the books or for your own judgment.

Who it is for

The practice is for people who have read Zeland’s books — or are reading them and want the model in small, applied pieces instead of dense chapters. It is also for people who read them years ago and kept a half-memory: pendulums, yes, but what was the practice? The sixty frames rebuild the model from the ground up, so no prior fluency is required.

It is not for people who want someone else to light their frames for them. The practice teaches you to compose your own — which is the whole point of the books, and the one thing an app cannot do for you.

Time, place and language

Three practical questions, briefly.

How much time? Three to five minutes a day. The teaching is short by design; the practice is short by design. A frame that needed twenty minutes would not survive a real week.

Does it need a connection? No. After the first load the whole practice lives on your device — it works offline, on a flight, in a cabin. An account is optional and only exists if you want your progress to follow you between phone and browser.

Which languages? English and Brazilian Portuguese — the same sixty frames, the same protocols, the same forty concepts. Choose the one you think in; that is the one that works.

Price

The first two stages are free, and so are every SOS protocol and every concept card — no card, no trial countdown. The advanced stages are one payment, not a subscription: unlock the whole trail once, and it stays yours, on any device, including the modules that come later.
