Terms of Use
The terms for using Transurfing: Daily Practice — an unofficial companion. No promises of results, a one-time lifetime unlock handled by the store, and refunds through the platform you bought from.

These terms cover your use of the Transurfing: Daily Practice app and website. They are short on purpose: we are an independent, unofficial companion project, and we want the legal part to be as clear as the practice is.
What this is
The app and website offer an original, unofficial synthesis of ideas from Vadim Zeland’s Reality Transurfing books and Tufti’s techniques, arranged as a daily practice, a set of SOS protocols, and a library of concepts. This is a companion project — it is not affiliated with Vadim Zeland or his publishers, and nothing here is endorsed or reviewed by them.
What you get
The first two stages of the 60-day journey, all ten SOS protocols and all concepts are free, forever. A single one-time purchase — the Lifetime unlock — opens the last two stages and every future module. You are not required to create an account to use any of it; an account exists only to sync progress between your phone and your browser.
No promises of results
The practice is offered as-is, for personal reflection and development. It is not therapy, not medical advice, and not a guarantee of any specific outcome. Reality Transurfing is a model — a way of paying attention — not a claim about what will happen to you. If you are going through a crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional; the SOS protocols here are not a substitute for care.
Payment and the lifetime unlock
The one-time unlock is purchased through the store or payment provider of the platform you are on — Google Play for the Android app, or the website’s payment provider for the web. Purchases are validated through RevenueCat, our purchase infrastructure provider. There is no subscription and nothing recurs; you pay once, and the unlock is restored through your store account or your sign-in.
Refunds
Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel. If you change your mind about a purchase, request a refund through the platform you bought from (Google Play for Android, or the website’s payment provider for the web), within that platform’s refund policy and window. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Your account
Accounts are optional. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. You may delete your account at any time; that deletes the data we hold for signing you in (your practice data lives on your device and is unaffected).
Content and rights
The synthesis, the daily teachings, the site design and the brand are ours. The ideas of the books belong to their authors and are used here for the purposes of study and commentary. You may use the app and site for personal use; you may not resell or redistribute the content.
Changes
We may update these terms as the project grows. When we do, the date above changes, and material changes will be noted on this page.
