Dependent relationships are bonds grounded in conditions — if you do X, I do Y. They generate polarization and excess potential and quietly turn into mutual control. They differ from unconditional care, which does not trade. Because dependent bonds are built on tension, the field answers them with balancing forces: the more you grip someone conditionally, the more the relationship distorts. Conditions manufacture the very instability they were meant to prevent.
