Goal slide

One of the forty concepts of the practice.

A goal slide is the deliberate visualisation of your goal already realised, kept light and recurring rather than tense. It illuminates the matching sector in the alternatives space so outer intention can pull you toward it. It works only when importance is low.

Apply today

Spend one minute imagining the goal already done, in first person, without strain. Then release it and act normally.

Common pitfall

Pouring desperation into the slide. The visualisation must be calm — wanting it badly blocks it.
