Tufti · Technique

Triple work

One of the forty concepts of the practice.

Triple work is the layered combination of intention, importance coordination and attention, applied together to one aim. Each layer supports the other; combined, they move the frame without strain. Alone each technique flickers; together they hold.

Apply today

Hold a current goal and stack it: choose the frame, lower its importance, rest attention between the screens. Notice the quiet result.

Common pitfall

Selecting only the flashy layer, usually intention. The three only work woven, not in isolation.
